1. Who we are
- Elevens XI Limited, company number 17223543, registered in England and Wales.
- Registered office: The Mills, Canal Street, Derby, Derbyshire, England, DE1 2RJ.

2. What these terms cover
- These Terms govern your use of the Elevens XI fantasy football website and related services (the “Service”), including leaderboards, free prizes, and prize draws (“Promotions”).
- Additional rules may apply to a particular Promotion or tournament (“Promotion Rules”). The Promotion Rules published on the tournament page are incorporated into and form part of these Terms. If they conflict with these Terms for that Promotion, the Promotion Rules prevail.
3. Eligibility and age policy
- Under 13: not permitted to use the Service. We may delete accounts believed to be under 13.
- 13–17: may use the Service only with verifiable parental or legal guardian consent. Any prize must be claimed by the parent/guardian on the minor’s behalf and will be paid only to the parent/guardian’s PayPal account. Where PayPal or local law prohibits, we may offer a suitable non-cash alternative or declare the prize void where prohibited. If parental consent cannot be verified within 14 days of request, we may suspend the minor’s account and void prize eligibility.
- 18+: may use the Service and receive prizes directly.
- Global access: The Service is available worldwide, but certain Promotions or prizes may be restricted by territory or local law and will be marked “void where prohibited.”
- Verification: We may require identity, age, and residency verification (and for creators, league criteria) before awarding any prize. Failure to complete verification within the stated timeframe results in forfeiture.
4. Accounts — strictly one per person
- One natural person may hold only one account. Multiple, alias, or shared accounts are prohibited.
- Detection signals we may use include device fingerprints, IP/subnet clusters, overlapping payout accounts or emails, unusual login/entry patterns, and other reasonable indicators.
- Enforcement: We may suspend or terminate accounts we reasonably suspect breach these Terms; merge/close duplicates; void related entries, stars, or prizes; place accounts or prizes on investigation hold (see section 8); permanently ban users; and claw back prizes even after payout if fraud or breach is later confirmed. You agree to repay any improperly awarded prize within 14 days of notice; we may set off against current or future prizes, including across accounts we reasonably determine you control.
5. Fair play and prohibited conduct
You must not:
- Use bots, scripts, automation, scraping, or unauthorised tools or data feeds.
- Collude or act in concert, including coordinated late swaps to funnel prizes, transfer or sale of accounts, or use of shared line-up generators to gain an unfair advantage.
- Exploit bugs, manipulate scoring, interfere with deadlines, or compromise security/integrity.
- Engage in commercial use: selling entries, reselling access to tools that exploit the Service or any API, or operating paid syndicates on or using the platform.
- Post unlawful, offensive, or infringing content, or violate third-party rights.
Enforcement may include score adjustments, voiding entries, content removal, account suspension/termination, permanent ineligibility for Promotions, prize clawbacks, and reports to authorities. We may make integrity and eligibility determinations in our reasonable discretion based on available evidence.
6. Core game rules (summary)
- Build a new team of 15 players each round: 11 starters and 4 subs. If you don’t pick, a random team may be selected for you. A user may choose auto-pick for casual play; however, auto-picked teams never count toward “engaged” status for creator prizes and repeated reliance on auto-pick may trigger anti-abuse review.
- Each real-world player can be used only once across the entire tournament (including as a sub).
- Automatic subs: whenever a sub outscores a starter, your best 11 count.
- You may plan your next round while the current round is live, up to the next deadline.
- Double game weeks: if a player appears twice in one game week, only their highest-scoring game counts.
- Abandoned/voided fixtures: We may void or prorate a round, or exclude a fixture from scoring, where a match is postponed, abandoned, or materially disrupted.
- The tournament winner is the user with the most stars at the end. Total points break ties.
- Data provider: We use a third-party data provider that may differ from other fantasy apps; stats elsewhere may not match ours.
- Finality Window: Data feeds continuously update. Scores and standings for the final game week are not full and final until 12 hours after the tournament’s final match ends (the “Finality Window”). Corrections within the Finality Window may change standings. After lock, results are final and no further changes will affect prize outcomes.
7. Scoring and stars
- Stars come from player performance points and bonuses. The live Game Rules page is authoritative.
- Example scoring (subject to integrity/accuracy updates):
- Positives: Team Win +15; Clean Sheet (GK/DEF) +25; Goal +25; Assist +12; Shot on Target +8; Shot +2; Key Pass +6; Save +6; Long Ball Won +5; 5× Accurate Passes +1; Tackle +4; Clearance +2; Aerial Duel Won +3; Ground Duel Won +2; Accurate Cross +3; Successful Dribble +2.
- Negatives: Own Goal −10; Goal Conceded (GK) −4; Dispossessed −2; Foul −4; Yellow Card −8; Red Card −20.
- Points to stars per player per round: 20+ = +1; 40+ = +2; 60+ = +3; 80+ = +4; 100+ = +5.
- Bonuses: Star Man — ALL +5; GK/DEF/MID/ATT +3. Five Star team bonus — 1×: +1; 2×: +3; 3×: +6; 4×: +10; 5×: +15.
- Integrity sequence and finality: We may correct data errors and apply rescoring following official corrections. For ordinary rounds, published post-check results are final. For the final week, the Finality Window applies; after lock, results are final and binding. The authoritative record of scoring and deadlines is our server-side data; third-party summaries, broadcasts, or user screenshots are not authoritative.
8. Prizes and prize draws
- Free to play: No purchase/payment is required to enter Promotions or prize draws.
- Prize pool (for the present tournament; future events announced in app):
- Tournament Prizes (Top 5, global leaderboard at tournament end, awarded after the Finality Window has closed and results are locked):
- 1st £1,000 (or £2,000 if total registered users reach 1,000 before the first match of the tournament kicks off)
- 2nd £250
- 3rd £150
- 4th £100
- 5th £50
- Round Prizes (Top 3 each game round; no limit to wins): 1st £100; 2nd £50; 3rd £25.
- Creator Prizes:
- Top League: £200 to the creator of the private league that tops the Creators leaderboard at the end of the tournament. The Creators leaderboard is ranked by total ‘Picks’ points across the league’s members (a Pick is a team selection made by a member during a game week; auto-picks do not count).
- Creator Prize Draw: £200 to a randomly selected creator of a private league with at least 500 ‘Picks’ points (a Pick is a team selection made by a member during a game week; auto-picks do not count).
- Engaged player: a league member who actively selects their team for each game week of the tournament. Teams set by auto-pick/random team are not “engaged.” We may request reasonable evidence and will verify via system logs; failure to cooperate may result in disqualification. We may audit and disqualify leagues that show patterns inconsistent with normal play.
- Tournament Prizes (Top 5, global leaderboard at tournament end, awarded after the Finality Window has closed and results are locked):
- Investigation hold: We may place any entry, account, league, or prize on hold for up to 30 days while we investigate suspected breach or abuse (and longer where required by law enforcement or regulators). Payouts are paused during a hold. We may postpone prize awards until integrity checks complete.
- Payment: Prizes are denominated in GBP; we pay only in GBP via PayPal. Any currency conversion or fees are handled by PayPal.
- Adults (18+): paid to the winner’s PayPal account.
- Minors (13–17): parent/guardian must contact support@elevens.app to claim; payment will be made only to the parent/guardian’s PayPal account. Where PayPal or local law prohibits, we may offer a suitable non-cash alternative or declare the prize void where prohibited.
- Winner selection and notification:
- Leaderboard/skill prizes: awarded based on final standings after integrity checks and, for the final week, after the Finality Window closes. After lock, no further changes will affect prize outcomes.
- Random draws: winners selected using a verifiably random process; redraws may occur if a winner is ineligible or uncontactable.
- We notify winners via registered email or in app within 7 days. If a notification is undeliverable (including spam filtering), the 14-day claim period runs from our first send time. Winners (or the parent/guardian for minors) must complete claim/verification within 14 days or the prize may be forfeited. If unclaimed after 14 days (or after consent/KYC failure), we may select an alternate winner or withhold the prize.
- Substitution, publicity, and tax:
- We may substitute a prize of equal or higher value if necessary. No cash alternative unless required by law or stated.
- In line with the CAP Code, we may publish winners’ first name, surname initial, and broad location. You may object or request limited disclosure for legitimate reasons by emailing support@elevens.app.
- Winners are responsible for any personal tax and reporting obligations associated with prizes. We may issue confirmations where required by law.
9. Third-party data, outages, and integrity protections
- Dependencies: The Service relies on third-party data feeds, APIs, and real-world schedules outside our control.
- Commitments: We take reasonable steps to obtain accurate, timely data and to recover and rectify issues, including rescoring after official corrections within applicable windows.
- Your acknowledgment and our limits:
- Data feeds continuously update and may be delayed or corrected. Deadlines or scores may change accordingly.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free data or availability.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, all scoring, results, and standings we publish after the applicable integrity checks and Finality Window are final and binding. We are not liable for any delay, inaccuracy, omission, or failure arising from third-party data providers, broadcasters, leagues, or network/infrastructure providers.
- Remedies may include pausing/extending deadlines, temporary removal of affected data, rescoring, voiding or prorating a round, excluding a disrupted fixture, or awarding/prorating prizes using reasonable alternative methods.
10. No gambling
- Promotions are free to enter and designed to fall outside gambling regulation. If needed to comply with local laws, we may add a free alternative method of entry or adjust a Promotion.
11. Global access and local law
- The Service is offered globally. Features or Promotions may be unavailable or void where prohibited by local law, and eligibility/prize values may vary by territory. We may maintain and update a restricted territories list on the Service.
- Consumers outside the UK retain any non-waivable rights under their local mandatory laws.
12. Intellectual property
- All rights in the Service (software, design, graphics, databases, trademarks, and content) are owned by or licensed to Elevens XI. You receive a personal, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose.
- User content: If you submit content (e.g., team names, comments), you grant Elevens XI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and adapt that content to operate and promote the Service. You warrant you have the necessary rights.
13. Third-party rights (clubs, leagues, images, stats)
- Club badges, player images, league names, and statistics may be protected by third-party rights. Their use in the Service is under licence or as permitted by law. You must not reproduce or exploit them outside the Service.
14. Changes, maintenance, and availability
- We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service or a Promotion where reasonably necessary (technical, legal, or integrity reasons). We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
15. Liability
- We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Service and Promotions are provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement.
- We are not liable for: (a) loss of profits/revenue; (b) loss of data; (c) indirect or consequential losses; (d) events outside our reasonable control, including third-party data outages, fixture changes, or network issues.
- Total liability to you for all claims relating to these Terms or the Service is capped at the greater of £100 or the total amounts you paid to us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim (currently £0). This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.
16. Indemnity for misuse
- To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Elevens XI against claims, losses, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, unlawful conduct, or infringement of third-party rights.
17. Suspension and termination
- We may suspend or terminate your account or access where we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or to protect integrity/security. On termination, your licence ends and we may delete or anonymise data per our Privacy Policy and legal obligations. Upon confirmation of cheating, fraud, or material breach, you are permanently ineligible for current and future Promotions.
18. Data protection and privacy
- We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. See our Privacy Policy.
- Children’s data: For users aged 13–17, we require verifiable parent/guardian consent at sign-up and parent-managed prize claims via PayPal. Parents/guardians may exercise privacy rights on the minor’s behalf.
- Fraud prevention: We may use third-party providers for age/identity verification, duplicate account detection, and anti-cheat. Automated checks may affect prize eligibility; where required by law, you can request human review.
19. Communications and notices
- You agree to receive essential Service communications (e.g., deadlines, integrity fixes, and Finality Window notices) to your registered email or in app. Keep your details up to date and check spam filters.
- Formal notices to Elevens XI must be sent to the registered office with a copy to support@elevens.app. Changes to your contact email without updating your account are at your risk.
20. Complaints and dispute resolution
- Contact support@elevens.app. We aim to acknowledge within 3 business days and resolve within 14 business days.
- Governing law and jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers resident elsewhere may bring claims in their local courts where required by mandatory local law.
21. Severability and no waiver
- If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder remains effective. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver.
22. Assignment and entire agreement
- We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms. You may not assign your rights without our prior written consent.
- These Terms and the applicable Promotion Rules constitute the entire agreement regarding your use of the Service.
23. Changes to these Terms
- We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version with a new “Last updated” date and provide in-app or email notice for material changes. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
